Rates:

$165/pp+tax/6% gratuity/ 3% booking fee​ (Monday-Thursday)

$185/pp+tax/6% gratuity/ 3% booking fee​ (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Tour Includes: all transportation, tour and tasting fees at 3 wineries (standard or signature tasting flights), lunch, glass of wine/beer/cider with lunch and server gratuities.

Lunch

Lunch will be served at Luckett Vineyards OR Lightfoot & Wolfville. Lunch will be in their barrel cellar, or restaurant. On rare occasions we may change the lunch venue without notice. Most dietary concerns can be accommodated. 

Luckett Vineyards Lunch includes a selection of gourmet panini served with house green salad, beverage and server gratuities. Lunch is either served family style or a la carte.

Lightfoot & Wolfville Lunch includes a choice of sandwich with house salad, beverage and server gratuities. Lunch is a la carte.

Group Sizes:

Private group rates above are based on 10-14ppl OR 15-24ppl. For smaller or larger private groups, please inquiry for rates.

Non Alcohol Guests:

We provide a non-alcohol rate for all tours. Guests opting for this rate will receive one non-alcoholic beverage at each winery. A 15-20% discount is applied for guests who choose not to consume alcohol.

Gratuities:

A 6% automatic gratuity for your driver/guide is included in all private tours and is added during the booking process.

Times: Times cover transportation to and from the Halifax and Dartmouth locations mentioned below. For locations outside Halifax and Dartmouth, times will be adjusted after checkout.

Custom Pick Up Locations: Please be aware that Grape Escapes operates out of downtown Halifax, and all the rates mentioned include transport from downtown Halifax to the Wolfville area and back. If you require transportation to or from a location not specified above, extra charges might be incurred. For further details, please reach out to us.

Booking Instructions:  To secure a reservation, credit card details and a non-refundable deposit are necessary at the time of booking. For a group of 10-14 people, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost for one person after tax, gratuity, and fees is required. For a group of 15-24 people, the deposit must cover the cost for two people after tax, gratuity, and fees.

Cancellation Policy: All deposits are 100% non-refundable and cannot be transferred. If private tours are canceled or changed within one week of the scheduled departure, they are entirely non-refundable. If tours are canceled or changed within two weeks of departure, 50% of the cost is non-refundable.
